Dear Sir, I have purchased this product in August and arrived in early Oct. I have trouble connect this product to my computer via USB, trying to call the number you provided, always busy. Still waiting for you picking up my call. Not happy

Excellent Service and communication in my purchase of the IPEVO Dcoument Camera. The document camera is superb in its clarity of content and easy to use. If you looking for a document camera - you cannot go past the IPEVO range of cameras. Very Satisfied.
