Shipping and Handling

Simple orders will typically be dispatched within 24-48 hours - more complex orders including multiple items or larger quantities do take longer.

Our delivery charges are calculated based on weight and delivery location and our system will provide options for regular and express shipping service.

Please note, additional freight costs may apply dependant on your location and product size. In such cases, we will contact you before shipment.

Edtechs is not responsible for any shipping delays once goods have been dispatched.

Customers will also incur additional shipping costs if goods are returned to sender due to customer error with shipping address details, or non-collection from local post office if goods are diverted.

Order issue?

If we have supplied an incorrect item or quantity, or goods have been damaged during delivery, or if goods are just "dead on arrival" please communicate to our customer services team within 10 days, (or sooner) of delivery. This will greatly increase our ability to solve the issue speedily.

We have shipping details emailed through which includes the tracking number for your convenience. Please communicate within 10 days of the goods being marked as delivered by the courier if there has been a delivery issue.

Can I return an item?

If you feel an item fails to be of acceptable quality please contact our customer service team to discuss further.

Change of mind...

To request a returns due to "change of mind" please communicate to our customer service team, whom will confirm the process for return. Any items returned must be 100% complete and in resalable condition and incurs a mandatory Return Freight and Handling Charge of 25% of the items invoiced value.
