The VR Creator School Implementation Program is ideal for schools jumping into the world of VR content creation who want to excel in the design and creation of Virtual Reality content. The program will equip teachers and students with the tools and skills to build content including 360 immersive worlds, VR games and quizzes, and VR learning materials applicable to a wide range of subject and interest areas.

The program includes appropriate VR Headsets and VR Authoring Software, along with on-going training and support services, which together enable schools to maximise success in teaching and learning when creating VR content.

edgedVR are specialists in VR education and provide leading hands on teacher support and training for on-boarding VR in Australian schools. edgedVR services support teacher and students across the 12 month program for best implementation and adoption results.

Prior to your program kick off, edgedVR will discuss training needs with your school and tailor a course to your schools requirements. This includes setting up the equipment and software,  1:1 / 1: many Teaching Training, Student Workshops, nurturing Tech Champs, advice / focus on certain aspect or needs e.g. how to create virtual tour of your school. 

On-site Training Option - on-site training can be added for schools whom wish to have the benefit of a consultant visit. There is in additional cost for this service which aims to cover any additional travel and associated expenses only.

edgedVR Teaching Portal 

This is a library of ready made VR content, lesson plans, worksheets, templates and other teaching materials which supports teachers and students through the program.

edgedVR AI 360 Image Generation Tool

This is an awesome software tool which enables students to use AI to generate 360 degree imagery for use in immersive VR projects - create out of this world images, made up styles from fantasy, graphics, painting and much more.

Dr. Paul Unsworth and University of South Australia

edgedVR work in conjunction with Dr. Paul Unsworth from the Education Futures Unit at the University of South Australia. Dr. Paul Unsworth provides access to his Professional Learning and Curriculum Design, and his research results on VR in the classroom. This also provides opportunities for schools to participate in his research program. 

DPVR Headsets 

DPVR P1 Wireless Headset is a robust and reasonably cost effective VR headset ideal for use with students. With full head strap, 3 Dof controller and 4k resolution, the DPVR P1 Headset provides everything needed to bring VR creations to life.

Each headset is set-up ready to use including the edgedVR dashboard which is a VR O/S designed specifically for school use. The headsets can also be customized with your school logo on the front and school colours on trims/straps etc.
