Plenty of Room

The Mayku FormBox has a working area of 150mm x 150mm with a maximum draw depth of 130mm. Giving you plenty of room to turn that idea into reality.

When softened, FormBox sheets can pick up texture as fine as human hair. Making sure you get precision molds every time.

The FormBox uses a high airflow steel mesh and any home vacuum cleaner to create industrial grade suction - pulling your sheet into all those tight crevices and deep details.

How It Works

1. Create 3D print, sculpt or find your shape and place it on the FormBox bed.
2. Form The FormBox forms a sheet of material around your shape - creating a mold in seconds.
3. Multiply Fill your mold with dozens of materials from chocolate to resin, plaster and even concrete.
4. Enjoy! Take it out and bring your first collection of products to life! You can even use the FormBox to create custom packaging for your creation.

Vacuum Specs

The Mayku powers your vacuum on and off as required. It can only do this for vacuums up to 2000W. If you wish to use a higher wattage vacuum, simply plug it straight to the wall, do not use the FormBox switched output.

Stick and hand held vacuums vs Classic Vacuums: you can not attach a stick or hand held vacuum to your mayku. I must be a 1000W or greater vacuum with a hose, the hose is then plugged into the back of the mayku directly or using supplied adaptor.

Compatible Materials

The Mayku FormBox takes 235 x 235mm sheets. It works best with thermoplastic sheets of 0.25 - 1.5mm in thickness.
